Terms

Last updated October 26, 2026

These are the terms for businesses that use Feet Up. Plain version: month to month, cancel with 30 days’ notice, and the assistant follows the setup you give it.

The service

Feet Up answers calls your business misses, texts callers back, texts with leads, sends reminders and follow-ups you switch on, and, if you connect it, sorts your email and drafts replies. We set it up for you from the details you give us.

Price and billing

  • $497 a month, billed monthly in advance.
  • A $750 setup fee, waived for our first five businesses.
  • Month to month. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice by email.
  • We’ll give you 30 days’ notice by email before any price change.

What the assistant will and won’t do

It works from your setup: your services, service area, hours and the facts you give us. It doesn’t quote prices, promise arrival times or diagnose problems, and it hands anything it can’t answer to you. It’s software and it can make mistakes, so read the lead before you act on it. If something it said was wrong, tell us and we’ll fix the setup.

Your part

  • Give us accurate details about your business, and tell us when they change.
  • Only give us customer lists for people who agreed to hear from you. Seasonal check-in texts go only to customers who agreed to them.
  • Follow the laws that apply to your business and your calls, including call recording and disclosure rules where you work. We’ll set the assistant to say it’s AI where that’s required.
  • Don’t use Feet Up for spam, debt collection, or anything illegal.

Texting

We register your number with the carriers before texts go out. Carriers decide approval, and they can delay or filter messages. Anyone can reply STOP, and we honor it right away.

Your data

Your customer records are yours. We use them only to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy. When you leave, we delete them within 30 days. Ask before then and we’ll send you a copy.

Availability

We rely on phone, AI and hosting companies. If one of them is down, calls fall back to a text-back so leads aren’t lost, but we can’t promise the service never goes down.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Feet Up isn’t liable for lost jobs, lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the date at the top changes and we email you first. Questions: hello@getfeetup.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming.
