Put your feet up. We’ve got the phone.
When you can’t pick up, Kate does. She finds out what the job is, texts the caller your booking link, and texts you the lead the minute they hang up.
She answers for a made-up plumber. Tell her something’s leaking.
$497 a month. Set up and run for you. No setup fee for the first five businesses.

Thursday 9 works. See you then.
One missed call, start to finish.
Kate’s lines are from a real call to the demo line. The caller’s name and number are made up.
-
Your phone rings first.
During work hours it rings you like always. After hours, or when you can’t get to it, Kate picks up.
-
Kate answers.
Hey, thanks for calling Demo Plumbing, this is the front desk. Luke’s tied up right now. What’s going on?
-
She asks what you’d ask.
One question at a time: what’s wrong, where, how soon. No prices, no promised arrival times.
Is there any water pooled around the base, or is it just the smell?
-
The caller gets your booking link.
If it can wait, they get a text with the link to pick a time. If it can’t, she tells them you’re calling back shortly.
-
You get the lead.
Name, job, town and when they want you. Emergencies come in marked HOT LEAD.
Hang up on her? Then they get a text instead. Plenty of people won’t talk to a bot but will text.
What it does while you’re on a job.

Questions.
Does she sound like a robot?
Call her and decide: (307) 284-2108.
Do I have to change my number?
No. Your phone forwards the calls you don’t answer. We set it up together on the first call.
Will callers know she’s AI?
She tells anyone who asks. Where the law says to tell everyone up front, she does.
What if she gets something wrong?
She only says what’s in your setup. No prices, no arrival times, no guesses. Anything she can’t answer, she tells the caller you’ll call back, and you get the details.
What about texting rules?
We register your number with the carriers so your texts get through. Anyone can reply STOP. Check-ins to past customers only go to people who agreed to hear from you.
How long does setup take?
One call with Luke. Carriers can take a week or two to approve texting. Kate can answer calls before that.
Who’s behind this?
Luke, in Jackson, Wyoming. You email one person, and that person fixes it.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, with 30 days’ notice. We delete your data within 30 days after you leave.
Call her before you decide anything.
Two minutes. Be a customer with a problem.
